Good video. I applaud his courage and frankness with his audience.

Sean’s on the road to recovery. Apparently he’s opened a few spiritual doors that need to be closed. They will be, but he does need to persevere against the demonic oppression, like Cardinal Burke says.

Were they exorcisms proper or deliverance sessions? Sounds like he’s being harassed, obsessed and his home possibly demonically infested. If he hasn’t had an exorcism of his house and a blessing, he should do it. Get a qualified priest.

I had my own demonic attack when I was about 8. It was the most terrifying experience of my life. It was an inversion of an angelic experience I had when I was five. It had classic phenomena detailed in other cases. Words don’t do justice to what it was like… It’s real. Once you’ve felt the pull into the eternal, black, empty, soul-crushing void you’ll never forget it. And that was only a portion of what happened…the phenomena were pretty crazy, and disturbing. I wasn’t possessed, I was outright attacked in an existential way and felt I was about to die and be pulled into hell…forever. The great negation of being.

The devil attacks those who have the potential to do a lot of good. Sean’s on his hit list. That’s a good thing. If he owned Sean’s soul he wouldn’t have to harass him and threaten him from without.

Here’s a short prayer Sean can say while he’s walking or running: as you inhale say under your breath “Lord Jesus Christ, Son of God” then exhale and say “have mercy on me a sinner.” You can do it as you’re walking, running or just sitting. Focus your mind on each word and say it with intentionality from the heart. It’s not a vain or repetitious prayer. Unite your heart, mind and breath with those words. If your mind wanders toward painful or fearful things, re-center it with those words as both a shield against the dark thoughts and a sword to pierce the veil between heaven and earth.

It’s an Eastern Orthodox prayer called “The Jesus Prayer.” It’s a mystical prayer that you can use everyday and cultivate a deep relationship with God. When your mind is anxious or vexed, say this prayer–even as you lie in bed at night and can’t sleep. The breathing synchronous to the words is unitive: mind, body, spirit… God will hear you: “a pure, naked intent directly to God.”
