What Michael is saying is that Israel has the power to kill Candice Owens, or anyone else in the United States any time it wants – as evidenced by its ability to take out terrorist Muslims in sophisticated, years-long operations – but because it hasn’t assassinated her, that proves Israel didn’t kill Charlie Kirk.
