Not long ago, I worked a contract position at a high-tech supply company with an illegal alien a little older than me that had been granted asylum way back in the 1980s, during Ronald Reagan’s unfortunate amnesty program.

Here it is in the mid 2000s and this guy still hadn’t become a US citizen. I asked him why. He said that he wanted to be able to leave for Mexico from the US if things got tough.

He had a small cabin in Northern Arizona where he used to spend time during the hot summers in Phoenix.

HE ALSO USED TO VOLUNTEER TO FIGHT FIRES WHEN THEY HAPPENED UP IN THE FORESTS OF NORTHERN ARIZONA.

He got upset when I suggested he become a citizen. He wanted the liberty to do what he wanted then bug out to Mex if times got rough. Not sure what he was getting at but I think he had some decent-sized outstanding loans taken or something.

If I had my way, this part-time volunteer firefighter would be deported for not having the patriotism and gratitude to become a US citizen and respect our laws.

Throw them all out…
