Great questions. I did my basic training at Ft. Leonard Wood. We can send $60 billion+ to Ukraine but our troops live like vagabond homeless on food stamps.
Ft. Huachuca could use an overhaul too. Just the historic museum alone had a floor cave in so most of it is off limits to the public.
