He would have been excellent in military intelligence: great mix of intellect, inquisitiveness, patriotism, geopolitical knowledge, sense of adventure + a healthy dose of suspicion. He says he’s not a religious man but he fears God…which is the beginning of wisdom. Perhaps he’s more religious than he thinks: maybe God’s just hiding it from him…
