I sat down on my bed before going to sleep and felt a wave of warmth start in my heart area and begin to slowly spread out across my chest and envelop my whole upper body in tenderness and bliss…

I surrendered to the sublime sensations of warmth and caring…and laid down sideways on the bed and let the feelings of joy and peace engulf me. As they overtook me I felt like I was simultaneously being gently caressed and hugged from the inside while being cradled in a blanket of suspending warmth…

I smiled in peace, joy and love of God and said “thank you, thank you, thank you…” out loud.

After a minute or so it was gone… I just lay there relaxed and peaceful for a while, then went to sleep.
